Our Ethical Family Living range of products is of the highest quality, meaning a high proportion of our customers initiate a repeat purchase with no need for us to fill up their inboxes. We currently do not operate any type of email marketing or maintain your details in marketing lists for physical mailings or any other type of marketing activity, as such there is no consent issue regarding inclusion or subscription to marketing lists. Logically we will send you emails regarding your purchases, payments and account status to the email address you provide to us and we will ship any purchased goods to the delivery address you request. Beyond these transactional interactions our business model and our communication policy does not involve any other communication initiated from our side.
